| More than30years reform and opening up to the outside world, the small and medium enterprises of our country are rising quickly, from the first role of ten loose filling vacant post to the dint soldier of our national economy. However, under the dual stroke of financial turmoil and debt crisis in Europe in2008, many of the small and medium enterprises are forced to face to the unprecedented difficulty. One of the difficulties is lacking funds and loaning difficult. Because of that, lots of the small and medium enterprises have to reduce the working time or cease the whole work in the daytime, some of the small and medium enterprises even close the door of the companies in many places, in the end, the development of the economy would be obstructed seriously in some regions.The unbalance between the margin need and the margin supply results in the difficult of the margin of small and medium enterprises. On the one hand, the enterprise needs a great deal of funds during its production, and this leads to the severely desire of the margin. On the other hand, at present not only the outlet of our margin supply is more narrow, but also the way of margin supply lacks diversification, It is invisible to increasing the difficult of small and medium enterprises margin. In order to resolve the difficult, we have to study the margin need and margin supply at the same time. This thesis develop the investigation which aims at cracking the hard nut of small and medium enterprise margin at such background.
