Research On The Development Of Road Transportation Informationazation Under Integrated Transport System

With the rapid development of the socio-economic and continuous improvement of science and technology, the development of transportation integration is an unstoppable trend, and the displacement activities of people and goods often need to use variety means of delivery, the situation of roads, stations, vehicles and other information demand is increasing during transport process, and road transport industry needs to operate efficiently and improve service capacity by means of informationization. The demand for IT applications is increasingly high in road transport industry, and under the general requirements of building a modern road transport industry, the development of road transport informationization is becoming increasingly important.In this paper, the road transport industry is subdivided into five sub-sectors:road passenger transport, road goods transport, urban passenger transport, motor vehicle maintenance, motor vehicle driver training. Be as a whole, some problems related to road transport informationization are studied systematically:basic connotation, hierarchical structure, architecture under integrated transport system. By analyzing the development status of road transport informationization system to identify the problems it exists, exploring the situation the development of informationization facing, and on this basis, analyze the characteristics of informationization. In order to achieve the purpose of information sharing, take construction of infrastructure as a breakthrough, the strategic objectives and "5211"structural system of the road transport informationization under the integrated transport system are studied to build the road transport informationization system. Finally, take the development of road transport informationization in Sichuan Province as an example:explore the development of informationization goals and the key construction projects. To ensure the smooth construction of informationization. some related safeguards are put forward from three areas:policy, funding, personnel support. This paper aims to study the development of road transport informationization under integrated transport system, to achieve information sharing and collaborative scheduling between the modes of transport, build intelligent road transport system, and provide a reference for the development strategy of road transport informationization.
