| Road transport service is an important industry connected with corporate operational activities and activities of national life. As the main form of land transport service, road transport industry has become an important part of integrated transport carrier and the basis of national economy and industrial development.Technical and service talents in Road transport industry have a greater flow flexibility, resulting difficulties in implement of management mechanisms, thus affecting the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the use of scientific and effective ways of incentive measures to improve employee satisfaction of road transport service enterprises and improve the quality of service objective is important for road transport service industry. It has practical significance to do reasearch on incentive mechanisms for employees of Road transport service industry.The whole essay is divided into four parts. The first parts is about the introduction of the general condition of the road logistic industry and main enterprises, as well as the problem existing in the post settings process, the compensation system, the assessment of performance, and the incentive system. In the second part, I would analyze the result of the survey to the practitioners in CG City's road logistic industry based on the hierarchy of needs theory and the two-factor theory and build a needs hierarchy model. The third part would focus on the incentive index setting, the compensation system, the method of performance evaluation, and the establishment of training system. For the last part, the practical implementation of incentive system in enterprises would be the main topic.Enterprises can design their own incentive system according to their actual situation with the help of the referential information discussed in this thesis. I expect that I can establish and optimize the incentive system of the CG City's logistic industry and set an example for other similar situations of the industry. |
