A logistics company, one container yard supported by container port group, involving almost all business categories of container yard, including railway yard, refrigerated containers, imports/exports LCL, container freight port business, the business lines have the difference, also has a close contact, they make up of organic whole, A company is the most complete with the types of the container and general cargo, comparing with others.The business of the company with the national foreign trade policy adjustment, A logistics company policy in the dark are constantly improving, business process, pattern of continuous adjustment, need operator to break through the original mode of operation, and constantly adapt to the new policy, but also often because of policy adjustment and business integration, create new business models, on the basis of the original business mode to undertake adjustment, disassembly and reorganized into a new business types, and after new departments, staff scheduling is very frequent, and therefore produce management and personnel to the new position is not known, because of subjective and objective reasons for new business to adapt, thus to improve the business and personnel development brings new problems. In addition, adapt to the new job requirements and selection mechanism is not strict system, the selection of personnel at random obviously.
