With the deepening transformation and employment reform of China’s higher education management system.Employment competition is becoming more and more intense, the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.The "knowledge" labor force’s employment problem in China is more serious.Although the government to adjust the industrial structure, establishment of market-oriented employment physique, implemented the positive macro employment policies to Greatly increased the total employment,but the problem of "knowledge" labor force’s employment is still not optimistic.At this time,how to improve the employment competitiveness and improve the comprehensive quality is becoming attention nowadays. Occupation career planning theory is gradually getting attention in this context.Therefore,the problem of this study is discussion the present situation of "knowledge" labor force’s occupation career planning and the influencing factors of "knowledge" labor force’s occupation career planning.To adopt the survey method proceeding research.Use of Hangzhou, Changsha, Chengdu, Guilin4cities’s1014"knowledge" labour force’s survey data.Discussion from the following four dimensions:occupation career exploration, occupation career decision, occupation career action, career assessment adjustment action.The study found:1."Knowledge" labor force’s occupation career planning overall in the middle level."Knowledge" labor force possesses good occupation career assessment adjustment ability, occupation career exploration consciousness is strong, have strong occupation career action ability, but weak in the occupation career decisions2.Human capital, social capital, nature of the work unit is "the main factors of "knowledge" labor force’s occupation career planning. Human capital more rich people show more better, social capital more scarce people show more better.The employees of the non-governmental non-profit organizations’s performance is better than the employees of state-owned enterprises.3.Length of service, human capital, social capital, the nature of the employment unit are the main factors that influence the "knowledge" labor force’s occupation career exploration. The shorter length of service people better in the occupation career exploration level, human capital more rich people show more better, social capital more scarce people show more better. The employees of official organ or institution’s performance is better than the employees of non-governmental non-profit organizations.4.Whether the only child,university one is graduated from, social capital is the main factor affecting the "knowledge" labor force’s occupation career decisions.Non only child is better than the only child.The211college graduates are better than985college graduates. social capital more scarce people show more better.5.Human capital,the nature of the employment unit are the "main factors of knowledge" labor force’s occupation career action.Human capital more rich people show more better. The government nonprofit employees’s performance is better than the employees of Sino foreign joint ventures and foreign enterprises.6.Education, human capital, social capital, nature of the work unit are the main factors of "knowledge" career assessment adjustment of labor force.Graduate student is better than Three-year-term student.Human capital more rich people show more better, social capital more scarce people show more better.The employees of official organ or institution’s performance is better than the employees of non-governmental non-profit organizations.The employees of non-governmental non-profit organizations’s performance is better than the employees of sino foreign joint ventures and foreign enterprises.Based on the above findings, suggestions are as follows in the employee and organization:1.Actively accumulating human capital stock2.Strengthen the accumulation and development of social capital3.Strengthen the occupation career planning ability4.The planning guidance according to the population characteristics of employees to provide5. According to the nature of the unit to adjust the planning strategyThrough the above research findings,"knowledge" labor force is difficulties in occupation decision.We should pay more attention to the "knowledge" labor force in the study of occupation decision problems.The occupation decision of "knowledge" labor force needs more study, more policy recommendations.
