Current Situation And Research Of Agricultural Informatization Of Zhou Shan

In21Century, human society has entered a new stage of the information age.Information is the main feature of the third industrial revolution which is sweepingthe world. Agricultural Informatization is the important symbol of the modernizationof agriculture in21Century and assurance, but also an important part of agriculturalmodernization. Agricultural Informatization is the agriculture comprehensivedevelopment and application of modern information technology, in order to infiltrateinto agricultural production, exchange, marketing, distribution and development of therural economy of each link, thereby to greatly improve the agricultural productionefficiency and level, to further improve the living standard of farmer material culture.Currently in Zhou Shan rural agricultural Informatization development is slow, whichaffects the competitiveness of agricultural products and farmers’ income, and lagsbehind the pace of agricultural modernization. The cause of this condition is thatagricultural production technology did not achieve real information, did notessentially solve smallholder economy operating scale, these cause the productiontechnology level is not high, the information channel is not free, thus a pressingmatter of the moment is to accelerate Zhou Shan agriculture Informatizationfoundation construction, to hold biotechnology and information technology as theleading the revolution of new agricultural science and technology opportunities, toimprove the informatization of Zhou Shan city agriculture system, improve the wholelevel of Zhou Shan city agriculture. Based on the theory of agriculturalinformatization, we analyze the development states of the domestic and foreignagriculture informatization combined with Zhou Shan local situation. This papermainly consists of the following parts: First, we describe agricultural informatizationfrom the concept of, properties etc.; Second, we state the present situation of thedomestic and abroad, so that we may find out suitable agriculture informatization roadfor the region of Zhou Shan; Third, we analyze the current situation of the agricultureinformatization of Zhou Shan city by studying agricultural policy of the localgovernment,, find out the existing problem. Fourth, we put forward some suggestions about informatization of Zhou Shan city agriculture development, combining with theadvanced information technology, Zhou Shan city status, and Zhou Shan localpolicies on the development of agriculture. Fifth, we study the data mining method ininformation system. And we try to find out decision makings in incompleteinformation system which supplies theoretic foundation for artificial intelligence.
