Lean management is the modern management mode, not only for the production of the manufacturing sector and but also big influence for the progress of human society. Lean production significantly can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and bring enormous economic benefits to the enterprise through cost reduction, quality improvement and lead time shorten for R&D and production;However, the companies which try to launch lean system encounter big conflict in between existing accounting procedures and business management methods and lean production management, thus impeding the implementation of lean production management. Many foreign scholars and research consulting firm from a different perspective have a deep research on lean production management, but has not yet made a complete performance evaluation model of lean production management. And most KPIs only focuse on financial accounting. Some domestic research institutions and colleges and professors has provided a number of ways, such as: Lean Accounting (Lean Accouning), cost management, value stream. But these lack practise, so we can say there is big need for lean efficience.Lean management is a new corporate culture, rather than the latest management fads. Lean production management excellence is a never-ending process, which is committed to improving the production process in which companies can eliminate all non-value activities and improve labor utilization.Lean Performance Evaluation System and its application have many meanings: Firstly, to set up the index system of the enterprise is the necessary steps to smooth lean production,:Secondly it can help businesses unit to find out the manufacturing problems and resolve them; Thirdly, it could make comparisons between companies:Fourthly lean production indicators of is an important part of sustainable development indicators system, which can promote the whole system and therefore the application of these indicators is reflected in the lean manufacturing process. In addition, indicators are mostly quantitative, qualitative or, having to, but the method by comparing the measure or rating, therefore, a reasonable index system can greatly facilitate the conduct of lean production.This article has deep research on lean production management and performance evaluation based on the HD’s cylinders. Further to find a lean production management model which is suitable for processing and manufacturing production and business efficiency, in order to improve product quality, enhance the core competitiveness, eliminate all unnecessary waste, and show good model infuence to domestic and foreign enterprises.In this paper, from lean production management and performance evaluation point of view, theory with practice through a combination of qualitative and quantitative, integrated use of lean manufacturing and other modern advanced management theory and method, the implementation of the HD’s fuel tank made of lean production and economic benefits were discussed in detail. Explore the implementation of lean production as the main content of the new method to strengthen corporate governance through the implementation of the HD’s fuel tank the actual process of lean production, combined with the evaluation of performance evaluation to establish the evaluation system, an effective assessment of lean production technology and management tools of rationality, technical and management measures for the screening, evaluation of the effectiveness of lean production provides an effective means to the company’s fuel tank and comprehensive lean production process of the actual performance indicators KPI calculation and obtain The results were analyzed and proposed to implement the cylinder generated by the economic benefits of lean production, lean production management to the development of innovative new ideas.
