The development of modern logistics industry is not only a product of global economic integration,but also an important factor to promote global economic integration. Modern logistics industry is an increasingly prominent position in the national economy, and it is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global information, has become an important part of the developed economies.The key position ports, one of the logistic nobes, become the important node of the logistics system by its special location advantage and theradiation ability. With economic development, relying on the unique advantages of the hub port, the planning and construction of modern logistics park, play the role to support the expansion of intensive logistics park, to transit convergence and combined transport. It has an inportant strategic significance to spromote the rapid development of China’s logistics industry, to improtve the logistics services and management levels, and to promote regional economic development.With the logistics park development of Humen port, the paper was on the depth research of Dongguan City and combined with the advanced experience of domestic and international port logistics park development. First, it researched background and significance, and analysised the status of the port logistics park of our country and abroad. It introduced the concept of the logistics park and port logistics park and analyzed the current situation. Second, it analyzed the Humen logistics park’s construction and economic environment, including socio-economic development of the Dongguan City,and logistics infrastructure of the port and the city. It done a SWOT analysis, described advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Humen port logistics park development in details. It proposed the development goal and strategies of the logistics park based on the analysis. Third, it analysed the logistics needs of the logistics park, and used Grey Forecast model to predict it’s cargo capacity. Finally, it divided the logistics park in each function, according to the development strategise and the forecast result, and come up with the Humen Port logistics park development recommendations.
