The Study Of The Problem Of Land-lost Farmers Endowment Insurance In Our Country

Along with the accelerated pace of China’s industrialization and urbanization,urban sprawl, the construction of industrial park, transportation and other infrastructure,which led to an increasing number of rural farmland occupied rapidly, and a largenumber of land-lost peasants. Their income level drops significantly after they lost theirland, furthermore, they have no stable jobs. Therefore social security has become themajor issue they have to face. The basic framework of the pension insurance forland-lost peasants is established; meanwhile analysis and comment on relevant conceptand theory have been taken based on the research on relevant literature. After collatingand summarizing the models and experiences of domestic and foreign pension insuranceof the farmers and land-lost farmers, ultimately it has been put forward that theland-lost farmer pension insurance mode should be selected in accordance with the localcondition in China’s provinces and cities. Furthermore, it has been recommended thatland-lost farmers pension insurance should be implemented in the mode ofdistinguished age, multi-level, wide coverage and statistics combined with account, andthe corresponding safeguard measures have been proposed.
