Research On Endowment Insurance Of Landless Peasants In Tangjia Town Of Anshan

Land is used as the foundation for the old-age,development,and survival of farmers.After being deprived,even if farmers receive monetary compensation,they lose employment opportunities and endowment insurance.With the rapid development of our country's social economy,the value of land is gradually increasing,and the function of land for the old-age,development and survival of peasants is becoming increasingly prominent.The original self-sufficient lifestyle of land-lost peasants has enabled farmers to have independent survival,sustainable development,and self-supporting pensions.After the land was expropriated,farmers not only lost land,but also lost their living conditions,employment,and endowment insurance.After the peasants lost their land,the uncertainty of their living standards at that time increased,and their ability to find employment and support for the elderly would surely drop rapidly.Moreover,landless peasants were less or not able to enjoy land appreciation after land use changes,and their pensions could not be synchronized with urban residents.This results in the loss of the original self-insurance ability of the landless peasants and the rising cost of living after the land lost.Pension is undoubtedly a problem that all landless farmers need to face together.Landless peasants' endowment insurance is now and will remain in a key position for a long time in the social security system for landless peasants.Therefore,solving the problem of social endowment insurance for landless peasants is undoubtedly the core task.Take Tangjiafang Town,Anshan City as an example.After reading a large amount of literature and conducting field research,investigation and research during the study,the paper analyzes and sorts out the theoretical foundations of endowment insurance for landless peasants in the context of urban and rural planning,and analyzes the endowment of landless peasants in the region.The status quo of insurance issues and the exploration of its existing problems,based on this,it proposes solutions from three aspects of policy support,propaganda guidance,and fund indemnify,hoping to provide references for the issue of pension insurance for land-lost farmers in Tangjiafang Town,Anshan City.
