Study On The Way To Improve The Capability Of Photovoltaic Industry Self-innovation In China

Global economic rapid development, Chinese environmental and energy problems outgradually. Solar energy in the21st century as a kind of sustainable use of the most ideal cleanalternative sources of energy, solar energy photovoltaic is the most ideal clean alternativesources as a kind of sustainable energy which market prospect and economic value is broadlyand has great development potential. However, in our country, lake of the independentinnovation capability make us can not get the utmost out of this superior resources and restrictedthe development of photovoltaic. As the important component part in independent innovationsystems of our country, regional innovation systems plays a very important role in improve thecapability of photovoltaic industry. For getting rich experience of photovoltaic industry’sindependent innovation capability and giving some suggestions, this paper makes systemanalysis in effect of constructing regional innovation systems for independent innovationcapability of photovoltaic industry. The article in addition to the introduction, the conclusion isdivided into four parts.The first part provides an arrangement on relevant theory. It not only states the essentialelements of regional innovative system, but also mutual influence between the construction ofregional innovative system and industry self-innovation.The second part points out the current condition of Chinese ability on photovoltaic industryself-innovation and existing problem respectively. The current condition of china’s ability onphotovoltaic industry self-innovation is on show firstly in this part, and then the main problemsthat hinder the development of photovoltaic industry in China is presented in a comprehensiveway in the chapter of existing problem. As a matter of fact, the distance of regional technicalpatent of photovoltaic industry between home and abroad, the backward of nucleus technologyand equipment, the unsound technical standard and coordination among production, studying andresearching, unfavorable policy for talent absorbing all attributes to the current existing problems.And the passage also provides constructive suggestion for the development of Chinesephotovoltaic industry through persuasive data investigation and practice illustration.The third part through analyzing the construction of regional innovation system, makingsystem research for improving independent innovation capability of photovoltaic industry fromseveral aspects, like resource integration, science and technology level, market competitivenessand policy guarantee.In the fourth part, Liaoning is taken as an example, there are analyses on the practice thatthe construction of area innovation system in the ability of independent innovation ofphotovoltaic industry in Liaoning province. First, there are some problems in the ability of independent innovation of photovoltaic industry before the construction of area innovation. Then,during the process of construction of area innovation system there is an active effect on theability of independent innovation of photovoltaic industry. Finally, there is some constructiveadvice for the construction of area innovation system in Liaoning for the future.
