Research On Influencing Factors And Evaluation Of Independent Innovation Capability About The Construction Enterprises

In recent years, the output value of construction industry in the proportion ofGDP is increasing steadily, whose industry position in national economy is growing.However, our country’s construction enterprise labor productivity has developedalong the path that contains low productivity, low technology and low R&D outcomeover the years, which is to a large extent due to the low level of china’s constructionenterprise independent innovation capability. Thus it has the profound significance forenhancing the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and realizing thesustainable development of the enterprise that we investigate and analyze the mainfactors influencing the construction enterprise independent innovation capability andthen we explore the countermeasures for promoting china’s construction enterprisesindependent innovation capability.On the basis of stating overseas and domestic research status of the independentinnovation capability and analyzing the future research direction, the paper putsforward its research purpose and content firstly. In other words, combining the theoryof enterprise independent innovation capability with construction enterprises, thepaper collects the influencing factors of construction enterprise independentinnovation capability; then, the paper analyzes the main influencing factors by usingthe method of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process(AHP); and then,combining with the development situation of the construction enterprises, the paperputs forward its countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve enterpriseindependent innovation capability. Secondly, this article defines the related conceptsabout construction enterprise independent innovation capability, after determining theobject of study, it expounds the status of the construction industry development in ourcountry in recent years, as well as the level and the status quo of independentinnovation. On top of this, the paper analyzes the problems in the development ofconstruction enterprises and the development trend of independent innovation. Thirdly,under the guidance of the influence factor theory of enterprise independent innovationcapability, the paper collects the possible influence factors of construction enterprise independent innovation capability and the experts screen30impact factors, on thebasis of which, we have designed and measured the importance factors questionnaireof construction enterprise independent innovation capability. Then, we have obtainedthe impact factor weights table of construction enterprise independent innovationcapability by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert assignment method.After analyzing the data, we get the main factors, which affects the constructionenterprise independent innovation capability. The next, this paper builds up an indexsystem of impact factors. Fourthly, we determine the weight of the index system andvalidate the methodology. Finally, according to the characteristics and developmentststus of construction enterprises, the paper puts forward its countermeasures andsuggestions on the construction companies and government departments in order toimprove the construction enterprise independent innovation capability in view of themain influence factors.
