Research On The Impact Of YL Group's Green Governance On Corporate Valu

As a representative enterprise of green governance in China,YL Group has been exploring the path of green governance unremittingly since it first proposed "green leadership" in 2007,and has made outstanding achievements.In terms of discussing the impact of green governance on enterprise value,the enterprise has provided an excellent model for the industry.Based on the theory of sustainable development and stakeholder theory,combined with the fuzzy evaluation method,this paper first sorts out the history and motivation of green governance of YL Group,and makes a detailed analysis in combination with the specific performance of its own enterprise development and governance and the industry background;Then it analyzes the impact path of YL Group’s green governance on enterprise value,and analyzes its specific practices,ideas and path impact mechanism from three aspects:economic path,environmental path and social path;Then,according to the path analysis,the evaluation index system of green governance is constructed.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the enterprise value based on the perspective of green governance,and modify the enterprise value of YL Group,so as to achieve the purpose of quantifying the specific impact of green governance on the enterprise value of YL Group,and draw a conclusion;Finally,according to the results of the previous study,we put forward targeted suggestions and summarized.The study found that,based on the results of evaluation and revision,YL Group’s green governance has achieved significant growth in enterprise value.In the long-term green governance process of YL Group,it has affirmed the positive guiding role of green governance on enterprise value.In addition,green governance mainly affects enterprise value from three main paths:economic path,environmental path,and social path,among which economic path has a more profound and direct impact on enterprise value,The impact is deeper.Through this study,on the one hand,we hope to encourage enterprises to actively carry out green governance,realize their own green transformation and development,and actively respond to the national dual carbon goals.On the other hand,we have added a green governance perspective in the value evaluation,and improved the enterprise value evaluation method.
