In modern society, the decision is a basic activity of human being, the small personal affairs, the national policy, need people to select excellent choice. Most of the decision analysis problem is a multi-objective optimization decision problem, the presence of multiple conflicting goals, how to obtain the optimal solution of the problem, always is academic and engineering circles pay close attention to the problem. Multi objective decision making is considering multiple attributes or target mutual and mutual contradiction, conflict, competition situation, the choice of the best alternatives or sort limited alternatives decision problem.Influence diagram is described in the graph model of complicated decision-making problem. As the uncertain decision making problem description, inference and decision-making tools have been widely used in many fields of the decision analysis. In this paper the application of influence diagrams for multiobjective decision making analysis and discussion, for multiple objective decision making problem analysis and decision-making provides a new method of application, and the applied example proves the method is feasible and effective.This article main contents are summarized as follows:It is based on multiple objective decision making attribute value list a multi-objective hierarchical structure model, including the total target layer, criterion layer, solution layer. The total target layer corresponds to a program that is to take the goal of the overall profit is the biggest; attribute value table all target corresponding rule layer; scheme layer corresponding to the attribute values in the table all the program is.According to the structure model to build multi target decision influence diagram, the influence diagram contains a different type of node, and the node is not only the relationship between probability, therefore, according to the different node types, the total target corresponding to the influence diagram utility node subset; criterion layer corresponding influence diagram in natural node set; scheme layer corresponding to the influence diagram decision node set.Get influence diagram, based on influence diagram solution algorithm, the best decision scheme.
