In this paper the application of influence diagrams for multiobjective decision making analysis and discussion, for multiple objective decision making problem analysis and decision-making provides a new method of application, and the applied example proves the method is feasible and effective.This article main contents are summarized as follows:It is based on multiple objective decision making attribute value list a multi-objective hierarchical structure model, including the total target layer, criterion layer, solution layer.
