Research On The Interaction Between Industrial Parks And Urban Space

The relationship between industrial parks and urban space is interdependent.Industrial parks cannot be separated from urban area and the development of parks can directly promote urban spatial expansion,improve urban business environment, increase the value of the land,upgrade industries of the central area,regenerate the old part and boost the development of new functional zones.Therefore,industrial parks should be closely connected with urban spatial expansion.This paper reviews the history of industrial parks and the evolution of urban space both at home and abroad, organizes and lists the research result in the field of industrial parks’development and urban space from different perspectives and phases,found that most researches put the industrial parks and urban space independently,and then the paper put interactions of the industrial parks and urban space as the breakthrough point.First, sums up this interaction through the example of the four major industrial parks-Changchun, Longling, Hightech&New, and Eastern New industrial park in Yiyang, Hu Nan. According to the land using status and plan figures,analysis the percentage of industrial land,residential land and ecological land compared with each kinds of urban general lands in the starting stage,expanding stage and upgrading stage,draws the conclusion that the industrial parks promote Yiyang space structure trend from morphology to belt-shape;then,refines the function mechanism,technical innovation mechanism,infrastructure supporting mechanism,ecological constraint mechanism and policy mechanism;at last,coordination model is used to measure and calculate the coordination of each industrial park with urban space,the grades of coordination is drawn,and industry structure, infrastructure,population structure,growth pattern and policy planning to achieve the harmony interaction between each industrial park and urban space are proposed.
