Beijing Weihua is a company dedicated to the orthopedics device, R & D, production and sales of implants, is one of the earliest companies to provide orthopedics device. The company has achieved great development in recent years, sales in the same industry leading domestic enterprises. The Company focus on the two areas, spinal and joint products, and accumulated the experiences and lessons at the same time. With orthopaedic market development to the late growth stage,the company also faced the competition in international competition and domestic competitors.From the perspective of strategic management, the formulation and implementation of enterprise development strategy of Beijing Y company is studied through the external environment analysis, including the analysis of macro environment and micro environment analysis, combined with the enterprise internal environment analysis, Beijing Weihua company has strong financial strength and perfect sales channels. The orthopedics products have been implanted to human body for several years, the quality and service of them have been endorsed. However, the ability of product development and project management skills are weaker than the part of the strategic group of competitors, and much weaker than the average level of large international companies.The product line can be promoted a lot in the integrity or the combination of rationality.The company should be the focus of attention to the development of new products and timely launch of new products. Through increasing investment in R & D, optimizing the organizational structure of project management, adjusting to the project management of the business process, the company should gradually create a product oriented to the internationalization of the quality and strong marketing capability, and go to become orthopedic leading enterprises. Considering the strategy of globalization timely, so that the company can enter the competition in the international market.At the same time, through the research of strategy formulation and the strategy guarantee system, the company in development strategy formulation and implementation of the strategy should fully take into account the strategic stress, in order to respond to internal and external environment changes through the system and process.
