The Group corporate team building and management issues are most important in enterprise management on theoretical practical terms. Group Corporate team building management, planning and organization is full of various aspects of complexity, how to build a scientific system of group business team, how to more effectively meet the business development framework for building cohesion, group enterprise management process within the harmonious development of national macro-control of the strategic need for steady progress, must be management tools, management methods, management of process innovation essential problem. The basic needs of refine the Group’s corporate team building and management, further division of labor studies comes from the urgency of improving the current management team of the Group companies and to improve the performance of group companies the importance of team management. Its relevance is obvious, to provide an institutional guarantee system reform for reforming the process of enterprise development including the Group, and is an effective way for optimize the management of group companies as to improve overall. The above section describes the Group’s corporate management team building and management, how to set up an excellent and innovative team of business innovation is the core of the Group’s corporate management team building. In fact, the key to create a good creative team is not innovative enterprises have enough qualified personnel for the selection, but that managers have a correct idea of the organization team. This study not only estate enterprise management team construction and management for the exploring some guidance, but has positive significance for transition enterprise. Meanwhile, also have reference value for the management team operation process theory study.
