Study On Organizational Structure Optimization Design Of Xi’an Dongfeng Instrument And Meters Factory

Nowadays the organization structure of a company has become cornerstone for its self-development, especially when changeable market environment is taken into consideration. In the condition, an outstanding company has to be sensitive to both external and internal changes, to keep distributing different resources in appropriate way and continuously achieving all the tasks effectively. Thus, how to make accurate diagnosis for an organization, find out potential problems and design its structure scientifically has become quite meaningful for any company.This article takes Xi’an Dongfeng Instrument and Meters Factory as an example, accordingly introduces the this research’s background, significance, method and content, analyzes what is organization structure, what is the characteristic and development trend of specific organization, what is the content and consideration for organization design and what is positive evaluation methods. Then, the article statements basic situation and the existing organization chart of Xi’an Dongfeng Instrument and Meters Factory, and excavating current problems of this company’s organization from the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. After that, this article proposes optimization assumption progressively on design object, principle and basic process concerning possible influential factors affecting organization structure; it also puts forward divisionalization as improvement and explains detailed reasons, descriptions and relative evaluation for feedback. Finally, this article provides several suggestions for the application and insurance of new organization structure.The result of this research has directive significance in improving Xi’an Dongfeng Instrument and Meters Factory’s organization structure. Besides that, it also can be used as valuable reference for the same type of enterprises.
