As a core of the tourist geography study, Tourism Flow has been paid attention by many scholars at home and broad. The tourist is an essential factor of conducting tourist activities. Thus, the law of Passenger Flow forms the key of the study of Tourist Flow system. This paper, starting from the social property, dynamic characteristic and the network structure, and taking the Inbound Tourist Flow as an object of study, studies the space network variation of the Inbound Tourist Flow from the provincial scale in China from1996to2008. According to that, I select Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, the three cities possessing the most core positions of network. And then, from the model of Transfer Momentum, the inter-annual variability model of Tourist Flow, Transit index, Transfer density index and tourist flow into the index respectively, etc. and from the Field-effect of time, spatial and space-time variation in three aspects, this paper makes a deeply analysis, and explores the law of collection and transfer of Inbound Tourist Flow, and thus makes us identify the key factors of the spatial Field-effect of Inbound Tourist Flow. The accomplishments of this study have an important significance of theory and practice in some areas, one of which is in the development of our international tour, another is in the reasonable implementation of the control measures of tourism flow. And also it is conducive to the adjustment and improvement of our regional cooperation in tourism. The results are as follows:1. In china, the network density of Inbound Tourism is becoming bigger and bigger, among which the average value of the core density of network is from0.161of1996to1.818of2008. From the space change, the relationships among network joints of Inbound Tourism Flow become intense, especially evident in the western region. While Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong from the eastern areas are in the core position of Inbound Tourism Flow in China from begining to end and the core density value from the year of1996to2008is far higher than those of other network joints, the average of which has reached0.250or more.2. The spacial field-effects of Inbound Tourism Flow present us the features of the regional law:the type of hierarchy and the type of close neighbor. Since the transfer of tourism flow is influnenced by the behavioral choices of the tourists, the flow pattern of Inbound Tourism Flow, evidently, shows us the incresingly high trend and the declining trend as the distances change. That is to say, the inbound tourists not only travel to the eastern coastal areas with developed economy, but also to the regions neighbouring to theirselves in spacial region.3. The space network structure of Inbound Tourism Flow and the set-up of space field-effect are identical, both of which are performing the same structural development and evolution:advancing progressively from east to west. On the basis of the factors of the level of economic development, the degree to internationalization and tourism service facilities, etc. the three eastern regions have distinct advantages. That functions as guiding the western region’s inbound tourism. And at the same time, the tourism flow of the western region constantly make an impact on the east, even spreading to the eastern regions. With their interaction and reaction, in China, the space field-effect of Inbound Tourism Flow will be guaranteed to effect continuously, stably and harmoniously both in time and in space.4. In the process of strengthening the tour cooperation among areas, the resource of tour is just a prerequisite of Inbound Tourist development, and at the same time, it needs to pay attention to the relative match service facilities and to continuously improve the level of economic development. Only if we balance the relationships among these factors, can the size of Inbound Tourist Flow continuously rise. And thus the economic effect of inbound tourist can be maximally embodied.
