Research On China’s Low-carbon Policy Upon The View Of The Dialectical Relationship Between Diachronic And Synchronic

Diachronic and synchronic is a new development and application of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Based on the view of the dialectical relationship between diachronic and synchronic, this paper analyzes and studies the low-carbon sustainable development policy thoughts in China, analyzing the problem of carbon emissions from the diachronic and synchronic perspective, introducing the world’s carbon dioxide emissions history and current status. And then under the guidance of the ideological basis of historical materialism, the analysis for unified responsibility of carbon emissions from the diachronic and synchronic vision, china’s low-carbon the objective of sustainable development, the key of formulating low-carbon policy. Finally, combining advanced foreign experience, based on China’s specific national conditions to improve the low-carbon policy.This paper briefly introduces some theories and concept source on diachronic and synchronic, as well as analyzes the theory at home and abroad all stages of development and social and historical performance. In the current economy to develop low-carbon sustainable ecological civilization, our country also needs adhering to the theory of diachronic and synchronic, guiding the construction and improvement of China’s low-carbon policy combined with the concrete practice of China’s modernization.Based on the perspective of diachronic, this paper analysis history and future prospects of the carbon emissions of developed countries and China respectively, based on the perspective of diachronic and synchronic, this paper analysis the historical responsibility and the reality responsibility of developed countries and China.Finally, from the analysis in the paper, compared to the issue of global carbon dioxide emissions of vertical and horizontal comparison based on the perspective of diachronic and synchronic to form a complete coordinate system and identify the real location of china.
