Research On Technology Innovation Ability Of Petroleum Enterprise Based On TRIZ

With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy in the world, enterprises takethe technological innovation as an important driving force for development of enterprises, ithas become a key factor for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. If China's oilcompanies want to seek development in the fierce competition in the market, they need to finda reasonable and effective way to improve their technological innovation capability. Therefore,based on the TRIZ theory of technological innovation ability evaluation and countermeasuresof China's oil companies have important practical significance.First, studied the relevant theory of TRIZ and technological innovation capability,defined technological innovation ability of the oil companies, and analyzed the relationshipbetween TRIZ and technological innovation ability of oil companies. Secondly, the status ofthe technological innovation capability of China's oil companies and the internal and externalfactors affect the technological innovation ability of oil companies clear assessment based onTRIZ theory and principles of the Index System, combined with the characteristics of the oilcompanies to build petroleum enterprises' technological innovation ability evaluation system,including six secondary indicators, such as oil companies innovation input capacity, the R&Dcapacity, innovation and management ability, production capacity, marketing, innovationcapacity, output capacity, and22three indicators, such as R&D investment intensity. Third,according to the oil companies technological innovation ability evaluation index system,using data envelopment analysis to comprehensively evaluate the China's24furniture oilenterprises' technological innovation ability, give full play to simple and objectivity strongadvantages of the data envelopment analysis method. Finally, based on evaluation results, thelack of technological innovation capability of China's oil companies, with specificrecommendations for improved strategies to establish a sense of innovation and create aclimate for innovation, improve the technological innovation system, improve the capabilityof independent innovation, to establish a rational human resource management system,strengthen technological innovation and investment, focusing on patent protection andconversion, in order to improve the technological innovation ability of oil companies.
