Research On The Evaluation System Of Facilities Layout Of Manufacturing Enterprise Production Workshop

The facilities layout of manufacturing system of the enterprise is crucial for cost of production, which also determines the ability of adapting the objective needs for a manufacturing system of the enterprise. The production workshop is an essential part of the production system, so the facilities layout situation of production workshop decide the status of manufacturing system of the enterprise. The layout situation of production workshop directly influence the workshop production logistics, efficiency and production cost factors and affect the performance of entire production system. Effective layout can improve production logistics and the production efficiency, reduce the production cost and enforce enterprise competitiveness, and meet the requirements of the objective conditions for the enterprise. Therefore, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the production workshop facilities layout is particularly important, through which can find the shortcomings of the scheme and play a important role in improving the current arrangement.This paper analyzes the present research situation about facilities layout evaluation. Founding that the existing study focus little on establishing facilities layout evaluation system. Only when the problem was evaluated under the evaluation system, the theory can more prudent and the results more reliable. Therefore, the evaluation studies of layout of the facilities at present need establish a corresponding evaluation system.This paper first analyzes the current research situation of facilities layout evaluation, studys the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and construct the target architecture of layout evaluation of workshop facilities. And then using the definition of evaluation attributes, combining the characteristics of the production workshop, and establish the corresponding evaluation attribute architecture of evaluation objective, which has completed the goal of facilities layout in a production workshop and the framework of evaluation attribute. Considering the audience and contexts described in the article and the properties, selecting different evaluation methods to evaluate and collect data for the final comprehensive evaluation. At last, using improved CCR model to evaluate the existing programs and optional schme.This paper established an evaluation system of the facilities layout of production workshop of modern manufacturing enterprises. Through examples, the evaluation results coming from evaluation system is beneficial for understanding the performance of the facility layout for enterprises and pointes out the direction for the enterprise to improve the layout. The establishment process and structure of the evaluation system proposed in this paper have some reference to other evaluation systems.
