Vehicle manufacture is an important link of prenatal vehicle plant certification volume,with the constant attention of state laws and regulations and Changchun Fengyue company increased production capacity,production workshop construction can meet the needs of the various aspects of the work,to ensure the manufacture,testing,certification work smoothly,become one of the key work of the company.The author of this paper in Sichuan FAW TOYOTA Motor Co.,Changchun Fengyue company(referred to as SFTMCF),mainly responsible for the company's new production workshop site selection and layout work,due to the practical experience of the fruitful achievements of this year to TPS in the company after the promotion,so decided to TPS as a guide for production workshop layout the improvement provided an example for small batch flexible production workshop layout improvement,also can provide a reference for the similar enterprises to improve the layout of the workshop.The second chapter of this paper introduces the status quo of TPS management in Japan and China,the concept and basic principle of TPS method,and the steps of TPS management method in the second chapter.The key innovation lies in the introduction of TPS in TOYOTA,Japan and domestic companies,so that you can clearly see the domestic enterprises to learn and promote the effect of TPS.TPS is the abbreviation of System Toyota Production in Chinese,known as the TOYOTA production mode,created by the Japanese Toyota Auto Body Co vice president Ono Chi,is a unique modern production mode of Toyota Corporation.The theoretical framework of TOYOTA production model mainly includes a goal,two pillars and a foundation.The two pillar is punctual and Jidoka,one is based on the improvement,continuous improvement is the foundation of TPS,full participation is the guarantee of TPS,IE(Industrial Engineering)is the foundation of TPS.In the third chapter of the paper,the original trial workshop of Changchun Fengyue company is taken as the research object.Firstly,the company is introduced,including organization,enterprise culture,development process and the promotion of TPS in the company.After that,the layout of the trial workshop and the business process of the trial production are introduced,so that readers can have a concrete understanding of the trial production of Feng Yue company.Finally,the present situation of workshop layout is analyzed.It is pointed out that there are many problems in the trial workshop,and it has been unable to meet the needs of future work,and needs to be improved urgently.The problems of workshop layout in space,logistics,secrecy,safety and environment are put forward in detail.The influence of above problems on vehicle trial production and the necessity of improving layout are pointed out.To solve the problems of the production workshop is an arduous work,must put out the feasible improvement program,this article explains the improvement of all aspects of the new production workshop in the fourth chapter in detail,and to improve the program implementation and evaluation.In this chapter,the four principles of improving the layout of the trial workshop are determined: location independence,convenient logistics,clear region,safety and confidentiality.After mainly TPS in the theory of "just in time" and "improvement" as the guiding ideology,overall layout,the new production workshop of the working area,and parts included in the comprehensive improvement of the bundle,shelves and waste disposal area area respectively,to solve the problems of the original workshop.After that,the implementation of the scheme was introduced,and the improvement effect was evaluated.The workshop was improved in space,operation efficiency,operation quality and environmental management level.In the last fifth chapters of the paper,the layout improvement of the trial shop is summarized and prospected.TPS has the universal guiding significance for manufacturing industry,has been the TPS understanding is to understand through the mass production line production mode,and flexible for small batch production,diversification does not understand.The improvement of this paper is only aimed at an improvement at the present stage,and the improvement in TPS should be sustainable,and the enterprise should also combine with its own environment in the implementation of TPS.Finally,the future direction of the trial production of the company is prospected,and the future improvement of the trial production can cover more processes,implement more advanced parts management,import and update the platform.
