With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, our country is completing thetransition from planned economy to market economy, the transformation of economicsystem, make our country private enterprise obtained the rapid development, its share ofthe national economy is becoming more and more contribution to the national economy ismore and more big. With the development of private enterprises, however, highlightproblems in the enterprises more and more, especially in the area of human resourcemanagement is particularly obvious, even affected the development of the enterprise. Ofhuman resources management in China is mostly western management methods, there aremany theories are scripted, but these methods is only applicable to the early stages of thedevelopment of private enterprises. With the development of private enterprises, theenterprises have to face more and more problem, problem is more complex to month,especially when the enterprise management activity is faced with cultural differences, thisnew theory is of very weak. So the research of ancient Chinese management theory is verynecessary, only fully understand China’s traditional management thinking, to achieve thelocalization of western theory of human resource management, promote more developmentof private enterprises in our country, at the same time also to the development of ourcountry’s theory of human resource management has a great guiding significance. Forsmall and medium-sized private enterprises in our country, deeply the influence of ancientChinese thought, in human resources management issues. Now there are many in theChinese ancient management thought manager long advocated by the spirit, such as thethought of people-oriented, with western management mentioned in humanizedmanagement now, so, the Chinese ancient management ideas into the modern enterprisemanagement, business is feasible, at the same time, make the development of humanresources management theory can also play a role.Adopted mainly adopt the method of literature research, this paper in the collectionand study of many literature is mainly studied on the basis of Confucianism, Taoism,legalism management thinking, and thus summarizes the Chinese ancient thoughts of management theory, based on the ancient management thought analyzes its impact onChina’s small and medium-sized private enterprises human resource management,including positive effects and negative effects, and the collection of small andmedium-sized private enterprises in our country many existing problems, and to the men ofthe elders and the hiring of the modern, through the theory of Confucianism of good andevil, recognize the human nature, by the Taoist "inaction", to realize the management rule,through legalism Han Feizi reward is clear thinking, to realize enterprise compensationmanagement, and the human-oriented thought into the corporate culture, for theestablishment of enterprise culture and the integration of management thoughts in ancientChina, put forward the beneficial attempt.
