The enterprise makes output bigger to pursuit of scale benefit, which means when theenterprise will production elements such as the increase of the proportion, output increasevalue bigger than input increased in value. The substantial reason why scale benefit producedis that as the scale of the enterprise is bigger the cost of unit product is lower. Which alsomeans that the best economic benefit produced by moderate scale of the enterprise. Inmicroeconomics theory it is because the production scale expanding caused by the long-termaverage cost reduction phenomenon.As the environmental problem more and more attention by people, Unconscionably dobig production, neglecting the matching problem of environmental protection will become theimportant factor of restricting enterprise development, even can directly cause enterprise wasdiscontinued.The steel making and iron rolling plant of CSG is a short-flow production line with a“four-toone” technology of CONSTEEL EAF, LF, CCM and Continous Rolling, its mainproduction are the bars which diameters from12mms to40mms. From the year2001to2005,because the company molten iron production small, scrap steel quality is poor, powerconsumption higher lead to the production cost stubbornly high, direct threat to EAF steelsurvival, the plant was forced to shut-down and reorganization. in June2005. In the overhaulperiod, the plant made Cojet rebuilding, dedusting system reform, etc. The original molteniron+30%of cast iron)70%scrap steel (EAF process change the burden structure for85%molten iron+15%scrap steel (cast iron) below the burden structure of electricity converterprocess.As the8#blast furnace in CSG was put in production, molten iron yield improvedsignificantly, along with the blast furnace is smelted induction stability, the molten iron costalso tend to be stable, but the external market price fluctuation of quality and scrap is bigger.Therefore, in order to further reduce the production cost, improve product benefit, the plantcharging liquid ratio ascent to96%above and used broken mid grey stone instead of limecool down regulation.
