Studies On Operating Mechanism Of Cooperation Of Enterprisers Universities And Scientific Research Institutions In Wuhan East Lake High Tech Zone

The Strategic Alliance of Enterprisers, Universities and Scientific Research Institutions (SAEUSRI hereafter) is a significant term of Combination of Enterprisers, Universities and Scientific Research Institutions(CEUSRI hereafter), which promotes the transformation of economic growth, is also a strategic measure for enhancing independent innovation ability, and coordinates national and regional economic development. Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone(ELHTZ hereafter), the country’s major optoelectronic information innovative technology industry base, is the second High-tech Development Zone in China after Zhongguancun, now becoming a new economic growth point in Wuhan, even in the whole country and an important economic pillar, of which the SAEUSRI has created great economic benefits since operation started.Expand the focus of this study from the following six aspects:First, research the basic theory this subject, reveal the purpose and meaning of this study; Second, analyzing related concepts of this study; Third, through comparative analysis and empirical analysis to explore the successful experience and inadequacies of other cases; Forth, basing on research result and data, analyses the current situation of SAEUSRI operation mechanism of ELHTZ; Fifth, analyzing problems in SAEUSRI operation mechanism; Sixth, give solutions to the problems. Aspect to how to keep science and technology innovation and industrial development, give application mode and specified solution for CEUSRI of ELHTZ. Though improving the operation mechanism of the CEUSRI of ELHTZ, effectively protect the mechanism for sustained and healthy run.High-tech Development Zone supports the modern socio-economic growth, and Wuhan East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone has witnessed rapidest development of high-tech development zones across the country, which requires us to study better and deeper on the SAEUSRI operation mechanism to supply reference for development of ELHTZ itself and other hi-tech zones. To sum up, it is the aim of this paper that through deep, comprehensive research and analysis, we find scientific conclusions.
