A Study On The Development Strategy Of Wuhan East Lake Hi-Tech Innovation Center

As the first technology business incubator, adhering to principle of “providing the smalland medium technology enterprises with start-up incubator services” and “promoting thecommercialization of scientific and technological achievements”, Wuhan East Lake Hi-TechInnovation Center, is dedicated to exploring a development path of business incubators in linewith China’s national conditions. After20years of practice, Wuhan East Lake Hi-TechInnovation Center has accumulated rich experiences, and also with many problems. With theimplementation of "Twelfth Five-Year" development plan of the national science andtechnology business incubator, the development of incubator industry in China has entered anew period of rapid development.
