China has a long history of the county system, starting from the Spring andAutumn has evolved to today. County system is the basic administrative system, sothe county’s economic development. Development and growth of the county economy,promoting China’s modernization process, solve our country’s farmers, agriculture,rural issues and building a moderately prosperous society in this great historical taskof great practical significance. After the founding of the last century, especially afterthe reform and opening up, our county has been rapid economic development, hasmade remarkable achievements. But from a development point of view, there are a lotof problems, mainly in three areas: low efficiency of traditional agriculture; lack ofdevelopment of small and medium businesses; lag in industrialization urbanization.China’s degree of organization of agricultural production has been gradually improved,but our county is still a traditional agricultural areas of agriculture, or is in China’sagriculture is a modern agricultural transformation in traditional agriculture.Supporting small and medium businesses our county county’s economic developmentis an important supporting force. However, small and medium businesses in thedevelopment of the county, there are still many problems such as, development is stillfar from adequate. Many of China’s central and western counties, county-levelindustrial structure still at a low level of industrial development is seriously laggingbehind the per capita revenue is too low, the income level is far behind the nationalaverage. Not keeping pace with the pace of industrialization and urbanization were asfollows: First, the town is too small, the county town gathered to obvious economicfactors, led to the county’s limited role. Second, urbanization lags behindindustrialization. Result of China’s urbanization lags behind industrialization in ruralareas over the years mainly due to the implementation of industrialization andurbanization, the dual policy of isolation. Increase the income of farmers is that asignificant reduction in farmers, the development of county-based small and mediumcities to absorb rural surplus labor.China’s agricultural economy has always been the county’s economic base is theroot of the county economy. Accelerate the transformation of traditional agriculture tomodern agriculture is to successfully achieve our county’s economic developmentmission.
