Study On The Development Model County Economy In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the accelerating development of economy in Henan Province in recent years,the province's GDP in 2018 reached 4.8 trillion yuan,which is the top five in China,the economic growth rate of 7.6% is also firmly in the forefront of the country.Although Henan Province has made outstanding achievements that attract worldwide attention,there are still many shortcomings in the development of county economy,and we must not turn a blind eye to them.At present,the 19 th National Congress of the CPC has proposed the "Rural Revitalization Strategy ",which is undoubtedly the best opportunity for the development and rise of the county economy.Under the guidance of the idea of "Rural Revitalization",the county economy should choose an appropriate development mode,which will promote the breakthrough development of the county economy in Henan Province.Through collecting and sorting out the county economic statistical data of Henan Province in 2017,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the economic situation of each county in Henan Province,and analyzes the current economic development situation of Henan Province from the angles of industry,income and environment respectively.It is concluded that the overall industrial structure is continuously adjusted,but the economic development gap among counties is widening,the overall income level is improving,but the gap between urban and rural areas is widening.Then,the spatial distribution of economic development level in Henan Province is analyzed by drawing.It is concluded that the overall economy of Henan Province presents a decreasing spatial pattern from northwest to southeast.By constructing County's Economic Evaluation Index System,Henan Province is divided into three categories by using factor analysis and cluster analysis.By combining the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" with other county development models in our country,four county economic development models have been established.They are the modern agricultural model led by characteristic agriculture,the industrial cluster model led by deep processing of agricultural products,the consumption driven model led by rural tourism,and the service driven model led by rural e-commerce.According to the results of the empirical analysis and the actual situation of counties,105 counties in Henan Province are divided and classified,and the final selection results and the basis for selection are explained.
