But, more attentions are paid for the operation process consisting of produce,processing and sale than that for some problems related to the safety of agricultural products.Agricultural products supply characterizes with traditional mode made of storage and transport,enterprises at different stages lack enough coordination, related departments at different levelsof government pay little attentions to the supervision of food safety during logistics process awholesome cold chain system has not come into being, the proportion of fresh agriculturalproducts under the conditions of refrigerated storage and transport is very low. All of these leadto a great deal of loss and accidents related to food safety during operation process of freshagricultural products logistics. Therefore, it is imperative under the situation for strengtheningquality safety management of agricultural products.From the perspective of basic concepts such as modern logistics, agricultural productscold-chain logistics, security monitoring for agricultural products cold-chain logistics,analyzing the features and the current situation of agricultural products logistics, the paperpoints out its problems existing in security monitoring, and puts forward the countermeasures topromote agricultural cold-chain logistics development suggestions. Then, emphasis is laid onthe cooperative application of current market transaction information platform, governmentpublic management and cold-chain logistics technology to realize the security supervision ofsupply chain logistics for agriculture products, and to construct the whole course monitoringsystem of cold-chain logistics for it.
