The Studies On Simulate And Optimaze Of Mixed Flow Production Line Based Of Flexsim

As the production line is complexity, dynamic and stochastic,mathmaticalmethods can’t resolve the many features of the entire production line model, so itcan’t calculate and optimize to the production logistics of the entire line. Butsimulation has provides a new means to this problem. System simulation based on thetheory of similar, system science, computer science, probability theory, mathematicalstatistics and time series analysis. It has computer equipment and various specialphysical tools. It is a comprehensive technology on use of real and model of thesystem for dynamic vision.In this paper, it has studied two aspects of modeling and simulation of mixedproduction lines.Firstly,this study discusses the background and significance, andresearched reviewed the relevant literature;Secondly,the theory of constraints havebeen studied and use the theory to identify bottlenecks in the production line. Thenbuild a discrete event system mode use the theory has been studied, analyzed thecourse of development of Petri net theory, introduced the basic theory of Petri nets,described the importance of the Petri nets in the discrete event system modeling andmake an basis for the further development of the Petri net model production line.Access down in the modeling, related theory of the generalized stochastic Petri nets,mixed the flow production line features, we use generalized stochastic Petri nets tomodeling the production line system.Finally,in the simulation, use the simulationsoftware Flexsim to build an model of the production line, rise the optimizationstrategy of the line production based on simulation results.This study showed that use the Petri nets to model of complex systems and usesimulation software to simulate the system can description and analysis of the systemfissfully.It can help manufacturers to improve production processes and improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.
