In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy,consumer demand presents the characteristics of diversity and individuation.In order to quickly respond to the change of customer demand,multi-variety mixed flow production mode is widely used by manufacturing enterprises.The key point of order-oriented production is how to make production standardization.On the one hand,the bottleneck process to do work load distribution to improve the balance rate of production line;On the other hand,to achieve just-in-time production,the core content is to carry out reasonable and effective production sequencing of the order products on the mixed-flow production line.Based on the realistic problems that need To be solved in the production of B company,this paper takes THE shock absorber production workshop of B Company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the shock absorber assembly production line,and combines the production and operation mode of Make To Order(MTO)enterprise.Research is conducted on the problems existing in balance and production sequencing of shock absorber assembly line of B Company,as follows:(1)Firstly,the working time of the four kinds of shock absorbers in the assembly line is measured;Secondly,the balance of shock absorber assembly line is evaluated according to three evaluation indexes of production line balance.Finally,according to B company shock absorber assembly production line production sequence status analysis of its three problems.(2)Analysis of the status quo and problems of the shock absorber assembly production line of Company B.First,introduce the current situation of Company B’s shock absorbers.Secondly,the operating time of the four shock absorbers is measured.Finally,the problem of the final assembly line of the shock absorber of Company B is analyzed.(3)Research on balance optimization of shock absorber production line.First of all,the optimization principle is described,and the "5W1H" questioning technology and "ECRS" principle in the basic method of industrial engineering are used to put forward improvement ideas and suggestions.Secondly,the bottleneck process is improved by using two-handed operation analysis to reduce the movement waste in the bottleneck process,and the bottleneck process is quantitatively studied by using model scheduling method.Finally,three evaluation indexes of balance improvement are used to evaluate the improvement effect.(4)Research on production sequencing optimization of shock absorber assembly line of B Company.Combined with the problems existing in the assembly line,the optimization objective of the production sequencing of the assembly line was proposed,that is,to minimize the product waiting time,minimize the material consumption deviation and minimize the production switching cost as the objective,the multi-objective function and the corresponding mathematical model of the production sequencing optimization problem of the shock absorber assembly line were designed.Combined with the actual production order data,genetic algorithm is used to solve the production sequencing problem of assembly line.(5)FlexSim simulation of assembly line.Firstly,FlexSim simulation software and the general steps of simulation are introduced.Second,describe the parameter Settings of the model entities.Finally,the FlexSim simulation analysis of assembly line is carried out by using simulation software.The simulation results show that the production sequence optimized by genetic algorithm significantly improves the utilization rate of equipment and personnel,and the simulated production quantity is significantly higher than the actual production quantity of the workshop in the same time.The improvement scheme shorts the production cycle and improves the response speed of B company’s shock absorber products to orders.The research results of this paper have important practical significance for OPTIMIZING the assembly line of B Company,and also have reference significance and value for other workshops of B company.
