Tourism has become one of the most important economic industry in the worldwide and has maintained a high growth rate. Travel agencies as one of the three pillar industries of China’s tourism industry, GDP growth has an important significance. In China, the traditional large-scale travel agencies with high visibility, brand effect is more prominent. However, these travel agencies the prevalence of old business ideas, indifferent to the concept of human resources, remuneration system is unreasonable, the lack of effective mental incentives, the enthusiasm of the staff, the low quality of service, high rate of brain drain and other issues. For the travel agency’s own stability and development resulted in an extremely adverse impact. With many emerging brands of travel agencies and small and medium-sized travel agents continue to emerge, the traditional old travel agency has suffered tremendously, and the gradual loss of some fierce competition in the market share or even bankruptcy.This paper attempts to comb review of relevant literature and theory, detailed analysis of the incentive in the Z travel agency human resources, identify problems and propose effective employee incentive strategy to build and optimize a good travel agency staff to promote the travel agency of healthy development. This study also expect that the large state-owned travel agency managers how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, creative, how to attract talent, retain the actual operation of the personnel to play a useful reference value. At the same time, the expectations can be helpful to improve the travel agency human resources management situation, and to build a travel agency core competitiveness of enterprises and enhance their competitive advantage to be the reference and inspiration.This paper, literature research, empirical research, statistical analysis and other methods.
