The Research On The Thrust Of Political Culture To The Chinese Enterprise Transformation

Since the Reforming and Opening, the Chinese state-owned enterprises have experienced four stages of development. For this period,the enterprises adjust the interior mechanism to adapt to the changing environment of politics, economy, legislation, society. In recent years, with the development of economy, accelerated internationalization, legal consciousness and the depths of humanistic culture, Chinese enterprises have went through a crucial period of transformation. It is an important topic that how to coincide with the political environment in the transitional period, how to make the political culture be the thrust to the development of Chinese enterprises, how to make the country’s peaceful developing on the international situation.This article analyzes the thrust function of the political culture to the transformation of the enterprise and summarizes the positive and negative effect of the political culture to the enterprise transformation, using the basic theory of the political culture and combining with the characteristics of four stages of Chinese enterprises development. It draws lessons from other countries’experiences and lessons about the development, especially the prosperity history of the Europe and the United States. It puts forward the ways to the Chinese peaceful developing.With the beneficial situation and the experiences of the successful enterprises, we hope that it will be helpful to exert the thrust of political culture to the enterprise transition. At last, it will promote the transformation of enterprises.This paper discusses the Chinese enterprise transformation from the angle of the representative enterprise systematically. We try to explore the innovation of the good effect of the political culture, with an eye to the research fruits and practical experiences, to the reality of our country and to the current policy and commission.The research combines the political science with management theory.This method is the new approach to the political culture.
