Culture creative industry is a kind of industry that can create wealth and employment potential. Through the development and use of intellectual property rights, it can result in high value products. In the face of population shortage, resources, land and environment, and under the challenge of the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, Shenzhen City vigorously develops new ways of cultural and creative industries.Wutongshan Culture Creative Industry Park is located in the hinterland of the scenic spots of Wutongshan in Shenzhen City where there are a large number of small workshops, affecting nearby Shenzhen Reservoir, a first class water source protection zone and ecological environment of Wutongshan. At the same time this situation also restricts the overall environment of the area upgrading and economic development. Since2008, Luohu District Government has regarded the Mountain Area as a key investment project. The change for the project, focused on creating a set of creative design, original art, tourism and leisure, private collectors and displayed the culture creative industry as one of the parks, made an art town that could make our life slow down.This article hopes that domestic and international experience will draw theoretical knowledge of marketing, data analysis, market research and communication between the relevant government departments, in order to develop the culture and creative industries of Wutongshan Park. The paper, based on the theoretical basis of marketing management, discusses the objectives of targeted marketing research and objective analysis of the marketing environment, based on specific marketing strategies that will be carried out. Through this research, we strive to achieve the success of the cultural and creative industries of Wutongshan Park, the maximization economic and social benefits, market recognition, and corporate identity and government revenue. This article is dedicated to the study of culture creative industrial park development model experience, and provides theoretical support and practical reference for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industries of Shenzhen City, and even cities across the country.
