With the rapid development of Internet technology and improving of environment in e-commerce, online retail gradually becomes an important part of distribution market. At the same time, the differences between online shopping and traditional shopping make the online shopping market appear some new problems. Among these problems, goods quality has become one of the most significant problems, in order to promote the online shopping market to develop healthily, how to provide consumers with qualified goods and reduce the fake behavior becomes more and more urgent. So it is very important to consider factors that influence goods quality in the current online shopping from various angles, and to find out the main influencing factors and way.This paper, in view of research on product quality and goods quality of online shopping, combining management, statistics with other relative subjects, has adopted the method of literature research and social research, and made research on factors that influence goods quality of online shopping based on consumer perceptions.First of all, this paper, on the basis of reviewing relative literature, combining with present situation of online shopping market and the interview of some experts and consumers, has analyzed influencing subject and way of online goods, and found out possible influencing factors, then made a theoretical explanation.Furthermore, this paper has collected data through the social survey and analyzed the data obtained from the investigation, finally concluded that buyer’s preference, details of information about sellers and goods, regulatory mechanism of the online shopping platform for transactions, evaluation mechanism against sellers and goods, reputation of platform all have a very significant impact on goods quality. Regulatory measures and regulations of government, mechanism of describing information about sellers and goods, the seller access, third-party organization inspection and endorsement of goods, reputation of third-party organization, commodity prices and logistics all have a less significant impact on goods quality. Service provided by platform, seller’s attributes and insurance service of goods have an insignificant impact on goods quality.At last, this paper has given some advice to sellers, online shopping platform and government. The seller should disclose the relevant information comprehensively and accurately. The platform should set up a sound mechanism of the seller access, complaint and punishment. The government should strengthen supervision against the behavior of buyers, sellers, online shopping platform and other stakeholders.
