Building Enterprise Collaborative Efficiency Analysis

With the integration of international construction market, construction enterprises face the new pressure of survival and development, therefore, enterprise synergy as a new competitive mode is gradually introduced in the construction industry. At present, the research of the construction enterprise collaborative benefits is less, so this paper studies the construction enterprise collaborative benefits by combining with the related knowledge of collaborative learning, competitive advantage theory and transaction costs theory.First, this paper put forward that construction enterprise synergy is a win-win pattern which is in accord with the development of construction industry after compares the status of development of foreign and domestic construction enterprises, as well as the difficulties and problems that construction enterprise confront with; And it also summarizes the theoretical source of construction enterprises synergy, pointing out that the pursuit of synergistic benefits is the basic goal of construction enterprise collaboration.Secondly, this paper expounds three forms of construction enterprise collaboration; they are supply chain collaboration, strategic alliance and virtual organizations. It also compares and analyzes differences and similarities of these three kinds of forms. Then it analyzes the main body, potential ability, behavior modes and characteristics and so on, which influence the value creation process of cooperative system. They are mentioned as the collaborative objects, the coordination ability and cooperative behavior in the text, which comprehensively analyzes the factors influenced collaborative benefit.Then, this paper from technology, management, operation, market, four aspects of research on construction of enterprise synergy, and establishes the classification standards of synergistic benefits, and it chooses the method of data envelopment analysis to evaluate the synergistic benefits after comparing all kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods. Finally, this paper verifies the superiority of data envelopment analysis method to evaluate supply chain collaboration synergistic benefits by means of an example.
