Performance Evaluation Research On Regional Company Of Construction Enterprise Based On The Mixture Model Of Entropy And Data Envelopment Analysis Method

In recent years,with the development of global economic integration and the scale of the construction enterprise expansion,construction enterprise group has become the main form of company development.However,with the continuous improvement of the enterprise scale and the degree of diversification,also bring about a series of problems,e.g.the longer management chain,the information transfer is much slower and even distortion,the resources are much more distribution,then the homogeneous competition problems has been derived.So the better choice to the enterprise group management is to make the regional company do decision-making itself,because they are more familiar with the local market.But,facing the increasingly large of the construction group,how can a controlling corporation achieve effective control to the subordinate company has become the realistic problem of company management.Effective performance evaluation of regional company is not only the core of construction enterprise management,but only could get a large number of advantageous information for group control,so there’s a certain instruction significance to construction group.Based on the summary of the construction enterprise group theory and the construction enterprise group control theory,this paper expatiates the types and features of construction enterprise groups,and the construction enterprise management types, characteristics and objectives.Analyzed the construction enterprise management system from the system perspective,identified and studied subsystem module of construction enterprise group control system.On this basis,emphatically introduced the relationship between regional corporate performance evaluation and construction enterprise management,and the key control point and coordination point of corporation performance evaluation.Then,under the premise of clearing the standards and principles of construction enterprise performance evaluation index system,build a performance evaluation index system of regional company from four aspects:profitability, management, human resources and technical capacity.Chose data envelopment analysis method into regional company performance estimate,and introduced the DEA model detailedly from four aspects:decision making unit, production possibility set,economies of scale and technology effectiveness.Two basic DEA model were emphatically introduced,that is CCR model and BCC model.In order to overcome the subjective arbitrariness and blindness of the index weights choosing of DEA,a objective and scientific index weighting method——The Entropy method was introduced,then built a mixture model of Entropy and Data Envelopment Analysis method.With a empirical analysis,the practicality and effectiveness of the model has been verified.Finally, the main research conclusions and results have been summarized,and the problems and deficiencies have been illustrated.
