Wind Power Enterprise Performance Evaluation In Our Country

It is virtually important to promote the wind power industry, a new industry,whose development can reduce the carbon emissions, protect the natural environment,and alleviate the paradox of energy’s demand and supply and the tense situation ofelectric power supply. Currently the wind power industry of China has become one ofthe main markets of the world following the Europe. The United States and India.Meanwhile, China’s wind industry has been facing series of problems. Therefore, thispaper will evaluate the performance of China’s wind power enterprises, and proposesome suggestions in the light of the problem existing in the area of wind power.On the basis of defining the concept, at first the paper reviewed some relativetheories on the performance evaluation of enterprises including the theory ofenterprise’competence, stakeholder theory, the principal-agent theory and thestrategic management theory, then analyzed the relationship between the formertheories and the system of evaluation index, at the guild of comprehensivecomparable scientific and quantifiable principles, we built the evaluation indexes onenterprise performance which includes the capability of earning, debt, growth, scaleand operation.In terms of the evaluation indexes system, this paper made principal componentanalysis by mainly choosing11financial indexes and51listed enterprises as a samplein the paper. Then we got four factors that contains earning capability、growthcapability、scale and strength and operation capability. After concluding the scores ofthe51companies, we evaluated the integrated proficiency. According to the outcomeof the empirical analysis, this paper showed the relationship between the order andenterprise’competence, the property of company’ ownership and enterpriseperformance, the industry property and enterprise performance. At last, we pointedout some problems such as the low earning capability, the imbalanced performance,and the low efficiency of state-owned enterprise.Finally based on the problems of wind power industries, some suggestions wereput forward including promoting industrial chain integration, strengthening the ability construction of enterprises, promoting the reform of state—owned companies, playingfull role of governmental foundation and so on. Besides, there are some flaws in thispaper, and it needs to be revised later.
