Research On Evaluation Technical Innovation Capability Of China’s Wind Power Enterprise

In the environment that the world’s energy crisis has intensified, and thephenomenon of global warming has become increasingly apparent, wind power has beenwidespread concerned and applied around the world as one kind of renewable cleanenergy. In recent years, wind power has also achieved explosive growth in China, andChina has become the world’s most important wind power market. As with developingand achieving, the presence of the problems should also be concerned about. As theprincipal part of China’s wind power industry, there is a considerable gap between windpower companies’ technical innovation capability with the world advanced level.Technology innovation capability of enterprises is the core competitiveness of enterprisesand the key element of business development and growth. Therefore, whether China’swind power companies can catch up with the world’s advanced level, do much toalleviate China’s energy crisis and achieve sustainable development, still depends on thestrength of the key technological innovation capability.The strength levels of technological innovation capability of China’s wind powercan be studied and analyzed by building technological innovation capability indicators,which helps us have a more comprehensive picture of the main factors of wind powertechnology innovation capability, lays the foundation to propose a solution for the morepractical feasibility, so as to promote sustainable, rapid and healthy development ofChina’s wind power business. At present, there is still relatively little study on thedomestic wind power capacity for technological innovation of enterprises by drawing onresearch achievements in relevant aspects. According to the characteristics of wind powerbusiness, and the principle of building technological innovation capability, this articleconstructed assessment index system of the technological innovation capability ofChina’s wind power business from four aspects, which includes four first-level indicatorsand thirteen second-level indicators, then use the factor analysis to study and analyzethese indicators, to explore the main factors that influence technological innovationcapability of wind power, and make a comprehensive evaluation on the technologicalinnovation capability of wind power enterprises, and gain a general overview ofenterprise technology innovation capability of wind power. Finally in accordance of the empirical results obtained, appropriate countermeasures were put forward from theenterprise and government level to promote the development of wind power enterprises.
