The Study Of Performance Measurement To The Third Party Cold Chain Logistics Based On Supply Chain

With the improvement of people’s material condition, people put forward more and more demands to the logistics service quality of foods and medicines. Cold chain logistics won the rapid development as the complicated system engineering in order to ensure the quality of the foods which have special requirements in temperature. Under the condition of market competition, the third party Cold-chain Logistics enterprise is facing huge pressure of competition. In order to promote the development of the enterprise, increase their core competitiveness, there is important theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the performance level of the third party Cold-chain Logistics enterprise under the environment of supply chain scientifically and reasonably.On the base of literature review of the third party cold chain logistics management and performance measurement theory, this dissertation introduced the theory of supply chain management, cold-chain and performance measurement. Then, the dissertation was leaded by the guiding ideology of building the performance evaluation index system, based on the construction principle. It analyzed the performance evaluation of the supply chain and the third party cold chain, and founded the performance evaluation index system of the third party cold chain enterprise based on supply chain from external performance, internal performance and enterprise image. Third, this paper not only presented quantitative formula for quantity indexes and quantitative measurement for qualitative indexes, but also analyzed and compared the traditional evaluation methods, overcome the inherent defects of traditional methods, and utilized fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of enterprise. At last, this paper used these theories and the evaluation mode to the operation of a real enterprise, and validated the feasibility and practicality of it.
