This paper is based for this premise and it is very practically significant.First summed up the theory about sustainable economic development . On paper at home and abroad were associated with the concept of sustainable developmen,t and economic evaluation system were summarized statements for the text of this article to provide solid theoretical foundation.Secondly it was vertical and horizontal comparative analysis of Binhai New Area of the sustainable economic development.First,Binhai New Area in recent years economic, environmental, infrastructure investment, social, scientific and technological aspects of the five was introduced, and compared with Pudong New Area and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone ,finally found the advantages in Binhai New Area.The core of this paper was the empirical research and analysis using principal component analysis and effectiveness coefficient method combining comprehensive evaluation of the past five years of Binhai New Area economy, the environment, infrastructure investment, social, science and technology, and found every aspect of the promotion and constraints, which is based on the current economic sustainable development of the Binhai New District and the inadequacies of, and then address these problems by the corresponding solutions for sustainable economic development of the Binhai New Area and provide recommendations.The innovation will be using the evaluation method evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise efficiency coefficient to evaluate economic sustainable development ability of the Binhai New Area ,to admit principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of effectiveness factor advantages, using the two methods to analyze the problem and achieve the desired objectives. This article is from the the strategic point of view "11th Five-Year" plan developing Tianjin Binhai New Area, it analyses the significance of developing and opening up Binhai New Area view of the current problems in a sustainable development concept with its advantages inherent in the conditions and constraints, through empirical studies, to the Tianjin Binhai New Area sustainable economic development strategy proposed for the Tianjin Binhai New Area planning decisions and provide reference for the construction and management.
