| With the deepening of the enterprise project process, companies often encountera number of projects executed side-by-side. many companies are often lost innumberous projects because of strategic management of bottlenecks, limited corporateresources and the limitations of project management. If the companies still as ever foreach project design WBS to order, then plan&schedule and make resource allocation,which will bring high costs and lower response rate to the company. Therefore,companies need a method of designing specific WBS,which is with a low cost andhigh energy efficiency to respond to customer demand. Meanwhile, in the operatingenvironment of multi-project, there must be substantial amounts of experience andknowledge because of the huge similarity between the same type projects in theproject-based companies.So, this article will apply case-based reasoning of a moreefficient methods in the artificial intelligence to the project configuration.Firstly, this article classified and mergered the similar work packages ordeliverables and build the General Work Breakdown Structure model based on theproject families and General Work Breakdown Structure, and this article had a detailin the knowledge representation and elements relationships of General WorkBreakdown Structure model.Secondly, based on General Work Breakdown Structure model, this article putforward the general idea of the project configuration combining CBR and theconfiguration rules, build configuration model based on CBR, and detailed in theprocess of project configuration and related algorithms, and introduced solutionstrategy of CBR key steps.Finally, this article used computer software of MyEclipse to make a simulationexperiment on designing the WBS of d company human resources managementconsulting project, and achieve the search algorithm of the cases and generated theappropriate configuration results–the WBS of resources management consultingprojects of d company, including WBS structure and related WBS element attributeinformation.The final simulation results show that project configuration method based onCBR is feasible and effective, and it ultimately generated a specific WBS.This articleachieved the purpose of designing the specific WBS and respond to customer needs with a high efficiency and low cost, making use of the successful design cases of thecompany with the associated configuration rules. |
