According to the data, since 2001,the proportion of China's industrial manufactured exports has remained above 90%,which is the main force for the sustainable development of China's open economy. However, most of the exported industrial products are high-carbon products. With the global prevalence of green low-carbon concept,China's industrial manufactured exports face multiple green trade barriers. In 2009,the United States passed the Clean Energy Act,announcing that since2020,carbon tariffs have been imposed on goods from countries that do not meet pollutant emission standards.Since 2012,the Western countries represented by the United States have frequently accused China's industrial products of not meeting the requirements of low-carbon environmental protection and hindering the export of China's industrial manufactured goods. The Sino-US trade war that broke out in 2018 is the most typical. Therefore, from the perspective of low-carbon economy, scientifically assessing the export competitiveness of China's industrial manufactured goods, and researching countermeasures to enhance the green international competitiveness of China's industrial manufactured goods,it has great practical significance and certain significance for achieving the national strategy of high-quality development.Theoretical value. This paper firstly studies the research background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, innovation and deficiencies, then introduces related concepts and theoretical foundations, and further analyzes the status quo of China's industrial manufactured exports. From the three aspects of total volume, export structure and market structure,it analyzes in detail the export characteristics of China's industrial manufactured products, and analyzes the international market share and dominant comparison of industrial manufactured goods in China,Germany,Japan and the United States. The indicators of traditional export competitiveness such as the Advantage Index and the Export Trade Competitiveness Index indicate that China and Germany are at the same level of industrial manufactured exports, behind Japan and ahead of the United States. On the basis of reading relevantliterature,we have established a low carbon export trade competitiveness evaluation system, including low carbon international market share, low carbon export contribution rate, low carbon export dependence, low carbon export growth advantage index, low carbon dominant The six indicators, such as the comparative advantage index and the low carbon trade competitiveness index, and the data collected in China from 2000 to 2014 for 15 years were empirically tested. The results show that the traditional export competitiveness of China's industrial manufactured goods is overestimated, and the low-carbon export competitiveness curve is lower than the traditional export competitiveness for a long time.Compared with Japan's industrial manufactured goods export competitiveness analysis results show that Japan's industrial manufactured goods export competitiveness has obvious advantages in the low-carbon economic environment, and analyzed the reasons for the gap between China and Japan's industrial manufactured goods export competitiveness in low-carbon.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the green export competitiveness of China's industrial manufactured products, including adhering to the green low-carbon transformation development strategy, promoting industrial integration and structural adjustment, accelerating the introduction and innovation of low-carbon technologies, and establishing a nationwide carbon trading market mechanism. And the implementation of export commodity diversification and core technology autonomy strategy and so on.
