Study On Distribution Characteristics Of Elderly Population And Aged Homes In Yanbian Area

Urban fringe, as the foremost position of urbanization, with the development of urbanization and the continuously enlarged urban size, is gradually annexed by the built-up area. For a quite some time, because of the traditional separate administration system of the city proper and the suburban area, it makes the urban fringe to be the "vacuum zone" and is lack of effective administration. This kind of situation directly causes a series of problems like the administration system of urban fringe to be in chaos, land resources reduce abruptly, and the poor stability of industrial structure etc. It not only restricts the order process of urbanization, but also causes the adverse effects to the urban-rural coordinated development. This thesis is against the background of accelerated urbanization process and urban-rural integration of Yanji, to talk about the current situation of urban fringe, the problems that exist and the coping strategies, from three aspects of internal structure of city. And the author hopes that the thesis can show its important theoretical value and realistic meaning to the sustainable development and optimizing the functional area layout of city.Firstly, according to the theories at home and abroad, combining the city’s actual characteristics of Yanji, the thesis divides the urban fringe into internal fringe and external fringe. About the analysis of fringe, mainly include its overall characteristics and internal structure, particularly, the discussion is around three aspects:the land use of natural condition, industrial structure of economic development and resident lifestyle. Internal structure mainly talks about that the fringe is divided into three kinds as following:the analysis of internal fringe and external fringe, the analysis of the distance to the traffic trunk lines and the analysis of folklore villages and non-folklore villages. Due to the finiteness of the data have been collected, the analysis of internal structure is mainly from the aspects of land use and resident lifestyle. According to the analysis of the two parts above, it is found as following:the arable land and the construction land of urban fringe of Yanji have got the greatest changes, the government should strengthen the macro-control to the land use; the industrial structure "two, three, one" belongs to mid-term stage of the industrialization, the rationalization of internal industry development remain to be optimized; about the residents’life style, the housing condition has got the consistent improvement, the migrant laborers have increased gradually and the new way of entertainments is booming as well. Its development in the future is that, the east focuses on the folklore tourism and the catering; the northern part focuses on the construction of residents’ living quarters, the west mainly develops the administration issues and the south takes the comprehensive travel as the developing direction. Therefore Yanji should adequately seize the opportunity of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen regional development and opening-up strategy to promote overall harmonious development.
