Study On The Consumption Of Urban Residents In Yanji City

Consumption level and consumption structure,as an important research content in the field of consumption,is also an important part of the economic structure.It is not only the key to measure whether a region' s economic development is a virtuous circle,but also the fundamental to reflect whether the quality of life of local residents is of high quality.Therefore,the study of the consumption of residents in a region,for the promotion of social and economic development,to achieve a well-off life is of great significance.Based on the theory of consumption economics and with various statistical methods as tools,this paper analyzes the consumption problems of urban residents in Yanji city from multiple levels and angles through the combination of theory and demonstration.This paper aims to grasp the current characteristics and changing trend of Yanji' s urban residents' consumption,explore the main factors affecting the change of Yanji' s urban residents consumption,find out the crux of the problem,and put forward targeted rationalization Suggestions,so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of Yanji's urban residents' consumption.Through the study found that Yanji urban residents consumption is the focus of food and transport communication oriented,rationalization degree of consumption gradually strengthened,urban residents health care,consumer demand is insufficient consumer enthusiasm is not high,living,transportation,communication,education and entertainment,family equipment belong to the type of luxury in the town residents' consumption and so on four characteristics.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the main factorsinfluencing the consumption of urban residents in Yanji city are the change of income and residents' consumption concept.Specifically,the impact of income on urban residents' consumption of food,clothing and medical care is reflected not only in residents' consumption level,but also in residents' consumption tendency.The influence of income on household equipment,culture,education,entertainment,transportation,communication and residence of urban residents is only reflected in the level of consumption,and there is no significant difference in consumption tendency.The consumption structure in Yanji is unreasonable,and the proportion of food,transportation and communication expenditure in the total consumption expenditure is too high.Urban residents' enthusiasm for medical care consumption is not great,and their consumption demand is not high.Consumption of residence,transportation and communication,culture,education and entertainment,and household equipment in urban areas still falls into the category of luxury consumption.The growth rate of consumption is lower than that of the whole country,and the gap between consumption and developed areas is gradually increasing.To improve people's consumption level,improve the current consumption environment,and change people' s consumption concept,so as to meet the consumption demand of Yanji's urban residents,promote consumption upgrading and optimization,and realize the goal of driving Yanji's economic development with residents' consumption.Yanji city should improve the consumption environment,improve the overall level of education of residents,guide residents to change the existing consumption concept,strengthen social security,cultivate new consumption hot spots,and promote the scientific,rational and sustainable upgrading of urban residents' consumption in Yanji city.
