Research On The Development Of Intelligent Tourism In Kashgar Area Under The Background Of Global Tourism

With the continuous development of economic level and the improvement of people's income level,residents' demand for spiritual culture is increasing day by day.In this situation,taking the whole region tourism as the background,the development of regional tourism plays a very important role in guiding the flow of talents and funds,promoting the development of regional economy and accelerating the construction of regional finance plan.As a new regional development concept and model that takes tourism as the dominant industry and promotes economic and social development with tourism,whole-region tourism can not only promote the smooth development of regional tourism,but also promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure.At the 2016 national tourism work conference,li jinzao,director of the national tourism administration,proposed to take regional tourism as a tourism development strategy in the new era.In recent years,according to the requirements of national,provincial and municipal reforms,such as developing regional tourism and creating cultural tourism brands,kashgar has vigorously developed the tourism industry with all elements.Ten key projects and seven quality upgrading actions have been implemented successively,and the integrated development of scenic spots and communities has been vigorously promoted,creating a new pattern of regional tourism.In March 2018,the general office of the state council issued a "about guidance to promote the development of global tourism",an important advantage of China put forward to promote the tourism industry,unified planning and layout,optimization,promoting industry amalgamation and strengthening the comprehensive management of public service marketing,implementation system,is helpful to improve tourism modernization level,intensive,quality,internationalization,better meet the demand of tourism consumption.This study took kashgar region as the research object,adopted methods such as literature research,chart analysis and case study,combined with the current theory and research results of the construction of all-region tourism and smart tourism,and analyzed the existing problems in the development of kashgar region from multiple aspects.Tourism development to the present,has been to the national tourism and personal Tours,give priority to a new stage,in order to adapt to the new situation,the author put forward under the background of global tourism kashgar region wisdom tour information system framework,mainly expounds the comprehensive management information platform,the entrance ticket,forest fire prevention,marketing,comprehensive law enforcement,customer service hotline for the construction of six parts and updated plan,aims to make full use of the information technology means,service managers and tourists,bring visitors better travel experience.The development framework and scheme ideas mentioned in this paper are not only applicable to kashgar region,but also can provide reference for the development of tourism in other regions.
