Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Characteristic Industrial Clusters With “core Area” In The Silk Road Economic Belt

The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt is major strategy in which puts forward to promote the further reform,opening up and development in the new international and domestic situation of our country.The real rise of Silk Road Economic Belt depends on the formation and development of a series of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster along the economic belt to support.The important content of the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt is to extend characteristic and advantageous industry chain,to build characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster,and take the development of industrial cluster as the direction of industrial transformation and upgrading of Silk Road Economic Belt.Dingxi is located in prime location of Economic Belt core area.Potato industry is its characteristic and advantageous industry,and we should cling to the strategic opportunities of national staple potato strategy and the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt.With the help of Dingxi Potato brand effect and the core advantage of the main producing areas called Chinese Potato,to develop potato industrial cluster in Dingxi city,to enhance its competitiveness,and push Dingxi potato to go out.Therefore,this paper takes the potato industrial cluster in Dingxi city which is located in the golden section of Silk Road Economic belt core area as an example.We take Porter's Diamond Model to study the development of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster of Silk Road Economic Belt core area and its influencing factors.And the research will have great theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,as well as literature review method,field investigation method and so on,taking Dingxi potato industrial cluster as an example to analyze the influencing factors of the development of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster in Silk Road Economic Belt core area.In addition to the first chapter of introduction,the basic logical structure and main content is:The first part(Chapter 2)is theoretical analysis.This chapter first defines the industrial cluster,characteristic and advantageous industries and industrial cluster,potato industry and industrial cluster and Silk Road Economic Belt core area.Then it analyzed the motivation and mechanism of the formation and development of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster.Finally it analyzed the Diamond Model,and the influencing factors to the formation and development of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster.The second part(Chapter 3)is the description of the status quo,portrayed.Firstly,it introduces that Dingxi is located in the prime location of Silk Road Economic Belt core area and expounds the general situation of potato industry development in Dingxi and subordinate area Anding District.Then,it uses the industry location quotient and concentration factor to calculate the degree of agglomeration,and proved that Dingxi potato industry is the local characteristic and advantageous industry and the pattern of industrial cluster has been formed.Finally,based on the diamond model,it analyze the influential factors to the development of potato industrial cluster in Dingxi city in detail.The third part(Chapter 4)is empirical analysis.Through constructing the index system of the influencing factors of Dingxi potato industry cluster and setting up the model,the paper use principal component analysis,principal component regression and correlation test to obtain the results of influencing factors of potato industrial cluster in Dingxi City.The most influential factors are as follows:Dingxi city rural employee(0.114),output value of the tertiary industry(0.113),national residents consumption level(0.112),financial expenditure(0.111),and agricultural loans of financial institutions(0.110),per capita fixed assets investment(0.109);followed by the influencing factors:Dingxi city exports(0.097),per capita arable land(0.093),R&D Expenditure(0.082).The smallest influencing factors were number of potatoes above scale(0.072),number of R&D activities(0.057).In other words,factors of production,related industries and supporting industries,market demand,government have a greater impact.Corporate and internal innovation and other factors less affected.According to the empirical results,we conducted a field study and found that the cluster has the following problems:industrial agglomeration need to be improved,and cluster effect is not fully exploited;the innovation ability of industry cluster is weak;the development of related industries in the cluster is not coordinated,and supporting industry has developed backward;intensive processing capacity needs to be strengthened;and it didn't form a cluster brand which has market competitiveness.We take further analysis of the cause of these problems,the reasons are maily as follows:the production factors in the cluster are insufficient and the utilization rate is low;industrial supporting service system is imperfect;market expansion is not enough;government support system is imperfect;leading enterprises above the scale are less,and it drives the weak radiation;the brand building is lack.The fourth part(Chapter 5)is the corresponding countermeasures.The mainly content is to ensure the input of primary factors of production,and actively create high-level production factors,vigorously develop the relevant industries and supporting industries.Through the strategy of staple food of potato to expand domestic market demand,and through the strategy of Silk Road Economic Belt to promote Dingxi potatoes to go out,and expand the international market demand.Strengthen the support of the government;cultivate potato leading enterprises to promote the development of industrial cluster;and create a regional brand for the cluster.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper takes the potato industrial cluster in Dingxi City as an example to study the influencing factors of the development of characteristic and advantageous industrial cluster in Silk Road Economic Belt core area,the perspective of the topic is novel.(2)On the basis of the theoretical analysis,according to the diamond model of Porter,we use the location quotient,concentration coefficient and principal component analysis and principal component regression to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of Dingxi potato industrial cluster,and the research contents and methods are unique.
