Based On Low Carbon Economy Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation Research

Low carbon economy is a kind of economic model based on low energyconsumption， low pollution and low emission. It is a major progress after agriculturecivilization, industrial civilization for human society. Low carbon economy, graduallybecome the21st century global pursuit of the new model of economic development.Any kind of enterprises, have to have low carbon way of development which fitsglobal environmental conditions if they want to have a long-term development.Logistics is the link which connected the production and consumption. With thedevelopment of the economy, more and more enterprises outsource their logistics toprofessional logistics companies which has produced number of the Third partylogistics enterprises.The third party logistics enterprises play an important role of thedevelopment of social economy. But it has an important effect on the environmenttoo.The third party logistics enterprises need to adjust themselves to adapt to the lowcarbon economy development.This paper raises an performance evaluation system for the third party logisticsenterprises based on the low carbon economy. First of all, do some research on thelow carbon economy at home and abroad, the evaluation of the enterprises’environment performance and the conditions of the Third party logistics enterprises.Then set up the the third party logistics enterprise environmental performanceevaluation system which is different from general enterprise environmentalperformance.The establish process of the system as follows: confirm the third partylogistics enterprises’ environmental performance as the evaluation target, thendisassemblef the the affecting factors according to gradation. The first index containsfour aspects as environmental indicators, environmental resources index,environmental economic index and environment social index. Select the importantinfluence factors for all the first layor indexes, form the second layer of indexes. Eachindex will be combined together to form the third party logistics enterpriseenvironmental performance evaluation index system with multi-level, many factors, and the same target.After constructing the index system, use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) toanalyze and confirm the weight of each index, and do the consistency examination.Then decompose the index cliiection to establish the single factor and general factorevaluation gather. Based on the triangular fuzzy function, the single factor degree ofmembership can be defined. Then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation tocalculate the membership for the overall evaluation sets. Set up the third partylogistics enterprise environmental performance fuzzy comprehensive evaluationsystem under the low carbon economy. Choose a third party logistics enterprise forempirical analysis.The innovative points of this paper is combine the general enterprises’environmental performance evaluation with the third party logistics enterprises’performance evaluation, puts forward the third party logistics enterpriseenvironmental performance assessment and raise the concept of "low carbonlogistics".
