Since the reform, the rate of both non-agricultural population and non-agricultural employment have raised rapidly. Rural surplus labors’non-agricultural transformation is not only a vital issue of rural development, but also necessary to economics and social development. During the transformation, rural females are not in the same pace with males. Under the background of household division, rural males released from agriculture activities and got into non-agricultural industry earlier than the females. Rural females have to undertake more burdens of agriculture and housework. Therefore, the rate of non-agricultural employment of rural females’is much lower. Based on the structure of rural family, married women’s dual burden are more obviously.Under the traditional structure of rural family, married women are the main labor to take care of the old who are considered to be a burden and will hinder women’s non-agriculture employment according to previous studies.
